Plain-language summary: use the service for legitimate learning, protect your account, do not upload material you lack permission to use, and verify important answers yourself.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using Easy Math Homework (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you. The Service is not intended for children under 13, and children under 13 may not create an account or submit personal information.

If you use the Service for a school, business, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. What the Service provides

The Service offers study tools that may include homework-focused chat, web-assisted explanations, a collaborative whiteboard, homework image uploads, voice tutoring, calculators, saved chats, and account-based usage plans. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the Service develops.

The Service is an independent learning aid. It is not your school, teacher, testing provider, or academic authority, and it does not guarantee grades, course credit, or acceptance of any answer.

3. Google accounts and account security

Account access is provided exclusively through Google sign-in. You authorize the Service to receive the Google account identifier, verified email address, and full name needed to create and maintain your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account and for activity performed through your Service account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may not sell, transfer, share, or impersonate another person’s account.

4. Acceptable use and academic integrity

Use the Service for homework help, studying, practice, and understanding academic material. You remain responsible for following your school’s academic-integrity rules and for submitting only work you are permitted to submit.

You may not:

  • use the Service to cheat on a live, proctored, or restricted assessment;
  • seek or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, or privacy-invasive material;
  • upload another person’s sensitive information without authorization;
  • probe, bypass, or interfere with authentication, usage limits, billing, security controls, or availability;
  • use automated means to scrape, copy, overload, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits it; or
  • use the Service in a way that infringes intellectual-property or other rights.

Do not use the code workspace to attack systems, evade security controls, mine cryptocurrency, distribute malware, process secrets or personal information, or run code you are not authorized to use. Program execution is a best-effort learning tool and may be limited, delayed, or unavailable.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of homework questions, messages, drawings, and files you submit (“User Content”). You grant the Service a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process User Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the features you use.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your User Content. Do not upload confidential records, government identifiers, financial data, health information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for homework help.

The Service may remove User Content that violates these terms or creates legal, safety, or security risk.

6. Plans, subscriptions, and billing

Some features use chat credits, call minutes, intelligence-level access, or other plan limits. The plan details and price shown at checkout form part of your purchase.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and recur for the interval shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize Stripe and the Service to charge the payment method associated with your checkout. Taxes may apply. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal linked from your account. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not erase usage already incurred.

Except where required by law or stated at checkout, payments for a billing period that has begun are not automatically refundable. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law.

7. AI-generated help and other limitations

Computer-generated explanations, citations, calculations, drawings, and voice responses can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Check important work against your course materials and ask a qualified teacher when needed. Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional decisions.

Web results and third-party links are provided for convenience. The Service does not control or endorse third-party websites, and their terms and privacy practices apply when you visit them.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, address nonpayment, or maintain the Service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular assignment or purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, grades, opportunities, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Service. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms do not override rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when reasonably possible. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.

11. Contact
